Listen to the release

SIDE LINE was my first project where I carried full creative director responsibility, not just making assets, but holding the whole visual and creative system together for an artist release.

What I did

I worked as CD across covers, Instagram, stories, YouTube, and typography overlays. The job was less about drawing every frame myself and more about aligning creative people: photographers, designers, editors, and the artist, so each of them could still work with their own taste and craft, while everything still pointed at the same project goal.

That tension is the whole point of the role. Protect individual creativity. Steer it. Make sure the final world feels like one thing, not a folder of random posts.

The hard part

This was my first project with that kind of responsibility, and the biggest constraint wasn’t taste. It was budget. Limited money meant sharper decisions: what to ship, what to cut, how to stretch one shoot and one system of type and color into a full release package.

What I believe we locked in

Even with those limits, I think we brought a new sound somehow. A sharper attitude in the visuals, a more intentional identity, and a language that could scale from cover art to feed to stories without falling apart.

Below is the visual system we built for SIDE LINE.

This project is part of the UNMARKOBLE creative direction portfolio by Marko Andrić, alongside the UNMARKOBLE brand blueprint.
